It's amazing what our tax dollars go to, eh?  Windsor v. Pan American Airways, 744 F.2d 1187 (5th Cir. 1984).  The plaintiff further claimed that Mrs. King posed a threat to the Roman Catholic Church and its episcopacy.  The plaintiff claimed that he was doing all this to "foil St. Peter who was actually the Black Devil and the father of Judas Iscariot".  Folks, you just can't make stuff like this up.

If this looks familiar, yes it's the same case we're using in a different fact pattern this week.  What do the two have to do with each other?  Absolutely nothing.  We won't tell you which one, just in case you haven't read it yet.
