It isn't easy finding ridiculous cases, or making them up, if you can believe that. That's why we count on you (yes, you!) to supply us with both real and made up fact patterns to use every week.
Real Cases: If you're sending us a real case, please include the citation as well as a brief explanation of what the case is about. Look at any of our weekly case fact patterns to get an idea of what we're talking about. Make sure you check the archives to ensure that we haven't used the case already. If you're the first to send us a case that we end up using, we'll give a credit (yay!) so please let us know how you want to be credited.
Fake Cases: This site wouldn't be as interesting without all the fake fact patterns we throw in to confuse people, so we welcome submissions of fake cases to use in the future. Please let us know how you want to be credited if we use your case.
Send all submissions to [email protected].
